When you live your life you start off living it as turn 1, then when
you die you relive your life again through your spirit which leaves your
body when you die. When you die in that life you relive it again and again for eternity. When you relive it you dont have a choice anymore, you are instead watching it through your eyes like a film and only have the illusion of choices.

The reason you cant remember dying because when something traumatic
happens people block it from their memory and dying is a pretty
traumatic event so your mind messes up and you forget all you've done
but you get flashbacks (deja vous) as to what you have done before.

A problem with this is that if you are reliving your life
again, the people you see around you are not real, they are just
images you remember and could still be alive in the real world
around you that you cant see, because you only see what you remember
at that part of your life you are "viewing",so now you could be dead and it could be the year 9967,but because you are dead you only see what you remember, this would explain why ghosts have been seen walking through walls because they are walking through a door that isnt there anymore. The reason i have thought of for ghosts becoming visible at certain times is that the time you see them they were, when they were alive, under emotional strain or pressure and it affects their spirit in a visible way after their death.

The only possible way to tell if you are dead would be deja vous.
If you were "new" then you would have no past memories and wouldnt
get them, however if you were on a third, fourth or on thousandth turn
around you would have more and more and more deja vous because it would seem more and more familiar, you wouldnt notice the familiarities however, Only subconciously.

The idea of heaven and hell is also explained because if you lived your life well and enjoyed it then the idea of reliving your life might seem like heaven but if you lived a troubled life full of torment and pain then its would be hell. Another problem is in the end it would be hell to relive anything for all eternity even if you had lived a very happy life.

There is some reassurance to all this, anyone who you would desperatly like to see again you will see again and again in the future. there is a downside too which is that you will also relive all the painfull events you faced the first time again and again.
